Shadowrock Equine Veterinary Services at Front Row Farm
Front Row Farm is a top of the line equine facility located in Oneonta, NY. The 135 acre farm boasts a modern, heated 10 stall barn with wash stall and feed/tack room. The 12 x 12 foot stalls are bright and airy, each with its own large window for improved ventila
tion. There is also a large double foaling stall for foaling out mares and care of mares and foals on site. The barn is attached to the home of Dr. Liz Fish. She is never more than a few steps from her patients which allows for excellent continued observation and care.
Front Row Farm currrently has multiple small grass paddocks, several large grass paddocks, and several very large grass fields. These options in turnout allo
w for proper turnout for our sick and rehabilitation patients. Large run-in sheds will be installed, as will wooden rail fencing over time.
Our 150 x 80 ft indoor ring has premium sand blend footing which will ultimately be converted to state of the art synthetic footing. This will provide optimal conditions for returning horses to work following injury. Additionally, adjacent 
to the barn is a space formerly used for a hot walker which will eventually house an equiciser. This machine will provide an excellent means of conditioning for our patients.
The existing pole barn is currently being converted to become the home of Shadowrock Equine. The clinic will have offices, a laboratory, full pharmacy and heated treatment
area. The heated barn and clinic will allow for treatment and diagnostics typically limited by cold weather such as administration of IV fluids and ultrasonography. The combination of a haul in clinic and indoor ring will also provide the ability to perform full evaluations and lameness exams.
Front Row Farm is a private facility. Routine horse boarding is not performed as our space is reserved for the care of horses needing medical boarding or rehabilitation from injury, surgery etc.
